PERSONAL PROTECTION ORDERS

Special thanks to the Michigan State Court Administrator's office for working with us to offer the official Michigan forms and instructions required to secure Personal Protection Orders for domestic relationship or for stalking. The basic distinction between the two kinds of orders is that you should use the domestic relationship forms if the person to be restrained is an intimate, while the forms for PPOs against stalking are to restrain strangers.
